• Personal and organisational development including leadership development programmes together with top team coaching and facilitation.
• Business process analysis and diagnostics including ‘lean thinking’ and ‘business transformation’.

4. Business Mentoring: Providing strategic advice, guidance and support to Ghanaian local businesses.
5. Accounting and Booking Services: Helping SMEs, starters and freelancers to take care of the complete financial administration, so that the core business can be fully focused on.
6. Advocating for the establishment of a National Business Dialogue (NBD) Platform: For SMEs and Start-ups to meet the well-established private business sector to discuss critical issues facing start-ups and the opportunities that exist in the business environment of Ghana. Also, an avenue for networking and mentorship for budding entrepreneurs.
7. Retreat and Coaching Services: Helping people of all ages, particularly, young people to get a business off the ground, to start a new project or do something radically different with their life.
